ICEV featured in The Times: Shaking up City rules risks putting investors off UK-listed companies

ICEV Chair, Caroline Escott, argues that the FCA's 2023 UK listings rules proposals (CP23/10) – including further enabling of dual-class share structures – will harm, not help, UK capital markets.
